I was in the market for something expensive, sporty and flashy for a while now. Don’t wanna turn this site in a oldtimers blog, now do we?! But winter may not be the best spotting season for open sporty cars, it isn’t really splendid for spotting cars per se, I would say. Most nice cars are laid up till spring, and the occasional nice car you spot is most of the times impossible to photograph… the Netherlands being dark or semi dark for like 20 hours a day, it seems. So when I see this Mercedes parked in Rotterdam, I decide to take some pictures. Slow season, and all that…
Now I’m no big fan of the modern Mercedes’, but it has a wide fan base who practically start to salivate by cars like these. So, enjoy!
And, of course, less that fifty meters down the road, I spot this nice dark Aston Martin DB7 Vantage Coupé. There is one of these on the site already, but hey, I have the camera out already, let’s not waste the opportunity.
Now this is a car I DO like! I admit, the DB7 is the most produced Aston Martin in existance, it would have been a more special spot if it had been the new Aston Martin DBS, or let’s say the other way around, a vintage Aston Martin DB5, but still. It is a nice and sporty car, and I would love to drive it. Oh well, a 307 Break isn’t bad either :-/ Some specs at the first DB7 posting.
