Volkswagen Karmann Ghia

Damn… I love a car like this!

In the same garage where I ran into the Volvo 1800 was parked this very nice Volkswagen. Oh, I am a sucker for those white-walled tyres… I spotted this car before, but never had a camera with me. It seems, some careless owner decided that an all-access public garage is a perfect stowage for a car like this. What a shame. It stands there, dusty and finger-written on by kids, while it should be driven and enjoyed! I am really fond of the lines of this car, and the front sure is something to remember. I know, the convertible version is more rare, but I ask you: how many of these have you seen anyway. Indeed…

Enjoy the pictures, if something interesting comes up I will add some technical stuff as well. Would love to determine the year of birth, for instance, but it will take some time. So many cars, so little time…

    She looks beautiful

what a shame to park her in a public car park for anyone to see the dust collecting on the bonnet. if the marriage is not consumed, it must be abondoned! I will be her new lover, and drive her into the sunset

It is a beautie! This is a car which must be a jolt to drive on a sunny day on a curvy road

preferably with a curvy blonde next to you, but it is optional šŸ˜‰
