Cars of Coolhaven

Now this is a car I could fall in love with! It is such a funny little car, so ugly that it is beautiful, why didn’t I know about these cars earlier? Nowadays, car designers everywhere are trying to make perky little designer cars, all Hyundai whatevers and Nissan soapboxes are overstyled to an annoying level, in an attempt to add some much needed character to the uninspired segment of small cars. They all should look a bit more to the past, and not in a Mini/500 sort of way, they should be inspired by the ugly ducklings like the Renault 4 and this GX!

The lines on this car are close to bizarre! Look at the nose dive! Yet the detailing is  remarkably nice on this *** ahum *** four-seater… I have very fond memories of my first car (like many of us have, I guess), in my case a 1 liter pale blue Daihatshu Charade. If it would have been a car as full of character as this little bugger, I reckon I never would have even considered trading up
