Mercury Marquis Colony Park (1973-1978)

Feast your eyes out on this very, very long Mercury from car times long gone. This third generation whale of an American station wagon is in not all that swell a condition, but what it lacks in condition, it certainly makes up in length!

This car has no doubt a very nice V8 engine under the hood, unfortunately I haven’t heard it. The top line Grand Marquis even had a 7.5 liter engine in the later models of this third generation! Of course, it was competing with cars like the Buick Elektra and the Cadillac Sedan DeVille, so it had to pack some power…

    Sinds one week I have one from ’73!!
    Its F.. big, in Holland it seems even bigger.
